Another artist participating on our first pop-up Art Market Boutique on May 5th and 6th at 21 Wingate Street is Denise DeLongis.
About Denise:
Born and raised in NJ. Denise began studying pastel and oils at the age of 10. Graduated with a BFA from Montclair State University in 1992. Started creating jewelry while attending college to help pay for tuition. Still designs jewelry now incorporating her love of semi-precious stones and more recently clay.
Today, she enjoys working with clay mainly using the slab roller method. She studied pottery design at the Millvale Gallery.
Her works can be described as modern 2 dimensional wall-art and can be found at local boutiques as well as local craft fairs throughout the year. She also does house parties by reservation. Currently living in Haverhill MA with her best-friend/husband and two teenaged sons.
